Help with math unit coversions?

Find the frequency in kHz for t=10ms?
also find the period T for the frequency 3000 Hz

I am not going to do your homework for you! but i can give advice. If 't' is period, frequency is the recipricol, but then so are the units, so if it is one thousandth of a second, the recprical would be 1000 times per second etc. it is probably easiest to convert to SI units first and then do it.
