a(n-1) = 7a(n-2)

therefore
a(n) = 7*(7a(n-2))
= 7^2 a(n-2)


therefore
a(n) = 7^(n-2) * a(2)
= 7^(n-2) * 98
= 7^(n-2) * 7*7*2
= 2*7^n
