Recall the equation of a line given as:

=> y = mx + c

So, since you are given with the points (3, 2) and (6, 4), all you have to do is to find the gradient (slope) and just substitute the gradient's value and either of the 2 points into the equation of line.

m (gradient)

= (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

= (4 - 2) / (6 - 3)

= 2 / 3

So, the gradient is 2/3. Now, all you are left to do is to substitute either (3, 2) or (6, 4) into the line equation.

=> y = mx + c
=> (2) = 2/3 *(3) + c
=> 2 = 6/3 + c
=> 2 = 2 + c
=> c = 0

So, c (y-intercept) is 0.

Now, put all the information you have got together..

=> y = 2/3x

That is your equation.

To graph y = 2/3x, just substitute values (for example, -2 to 3) into x and then from x, you will get the value of y. After that, just graph all the x and y-values down and that would be it. Done!
