Two math questions please help me?

A kite is drawn. The two smaller congruent sides are 5cm. The diagonal connecting the vertex points of the kite is cut by the smaller diagonal connecting the two non vertex points. The longer diagonal is broken into two parts that are 10centimeters and 3centimeters. Find the area of the kite

The stained glass window below is a replacement for one that was broken in the Notre Dame cathedral. The glass to replace it is quite expensive - $100 per square inch, except the purple glass, which is $125 per square inch. The window has the following dimensions:
The sides of the pentagon are 10 inches each (w). The height of each triangle shape is 5.2 inches (z). Each of the kite-shaped pieces are 4 inches at their widest point (x). From the center of the pentagon to a vertex is exactly 12 inches (y).

a. What is the area of one of the triangles?
b. What is the area of one of the kites?
