Fractions: Mathematics?

Could anyone please convert 38% and 62% to its fractional form. First one to get this correct gets best answer..

REMEMBER THIS ORDER FOREVER:
% to over 100 to decimal
Therefore: 38% to 38/100 (reduced to 19/50) to 0.38
And: 62% to 62/100 (reduced to 31/50) to 0.62
If you get any question asking for the %, over 100 or decimal, just fill in the left, middle or right.
P.S. If you get a fraction without a 100 denominator, take it to 100. Example 1/5 = 20/100
Tell your teacher today. She won't know this trick!
