Help me with maths homework please!!!?

How do I convert pence to pounds?
for example, in my book, the amount is given as 10.5p
so, if I convert in to pounds, will the answer be
a) Pound 10.05
or
b) Pound 10.50

Please help me or I'll go crazy.
PS: Answer only if you are sure you are correct.
