additional mathematics . another function .?

Given that the function f (x) = ( x + 1 ) over 2 . and the composite function f-1g (x) = 2 x squared + 6x + 1 .

- the function of g (x) is x squared + 3x + 1 .

the question is , find gf (3)

* the answer is 11 , but i got 15 . .
ppl ,, can you please help me with this ?

p/s : f-1 = it's actually an inverse function . thank you .
