Mathematics question please i have 2?

1. under the square root sign it is a x+20 than - x = 0

2. 4 - (x)/(x-2)=(-2)/(x-2)

rt(x + 20) - x = 0, so

rt(x + 20) = x.........square each side:

x + 20 = x^2, so

x^2 - x - 20 = 0, so

(x - 5)(x + 4) = 0, so

x = 5, or x = -4.

I tried q 2 before, and found x = 2, which makes the equation undefined, since x - 2 = 0, and x/0 is undefined. Maybe I did it incorrectly, so I`m waiting for other answers !
