| Stuck on this math question ugh.?
the denomination of a rational number is 9 less than three times the numerator (i get that part). The number in simplilest form if 3/8 Find the number..now i have no clue what to do, please someone help.

x / (3x - 9) = 3 / 8 8x = 3 (3x - 9) 8x = 9x - 27 x = 27 3x - 9 = 72 27 / 72 |
