| What does a compass score of 40 on math and 70 writing mean?
I haven't taken the test yet but these are min score to get into a technical program at college and i would like to know what these scores mean-beg algebra, etc? How proficent in math do you need to be to get a 40?

I passed the compass for everything but math.My score was a 36.I had to do Math 99 which is a mix of pre algebra and algebra 1.you would need to know some algebra,I did but not quite enough.You should do fine in English.Its mainly parts of speech and sentence structure.
