| What do you think about a math book with only examples ?
I have been teaching math for about 4 years. Some of the math solution manuals I have encountered are not detailed enough and also don't explain well sometimes.
Students have also informed me that the textbooks do not have enough examples and lack detail. As a result over the past couple semesters I have been debating whether or not to create several math books just containing worked out examples for a particular math topic, eg. Algebra. I have already heard from my students that this is a good idea and would definitely purchase such a book. I would like to hear from some of you and what you think of this idea of creating these example math books.
I know there are some books out there such that Schaum's outlines, but their books don't show enough examples and sometimes they have mistakes.
