How can I get on my mean math teacher's good side?

This guy is over middle aged, but younger then a senior. He was in the army for 20 years! I personally believe I am a good student and I always do my work. I just wish he didn't scare me so much.

Are you sure you're on his bad side?? He may think you are an awsome student, but doesn't show it like you might think. Every teacher is different. So don't assume that you are on his bad side unless he throws an eraser at you> LOL

talk with him sometime when you're able to have an informal conversation. i used to have a college prof who was ex-military and he scared me to death. when i got to know him, he became one of my favorite people of all time
