Mathematics finding volume of cyclinder?

The Volume of a time capsule= the volume of a cyclinder + the volume of a spear.

r represents the radius and h represents the height.
p represents pi (3.14....)

Q. The volume is 8000cm3
Show that h=8000/pr^2 - 4r/3
