What is the best way to learn the Russian language in order to read Papers

on Mathematics? I plan on going to graduate school to study Mathematics, and I'm currently learning the Cyrillic alphabet. However, this beginner's book might not be the best way to learn about Russian words in Mathematics.

If it's helpful at all, I'm a native English speaker of the American dialect. I also know a bit of Chinese and minimal Korean.

I also hear that going to a Russian-speaking country is the best way to learn Russian, but would it be the best if I want to know it for Mathematics' sake?
