What can you do with a mathematics degree?

So i am thinking of changing majors. I am currently a biomedical engineering major but the science classes are killing my gpa..I like the science classes..But math is easier for me and always has been.

So what kind of careers are out there for mathematics majors
BA degrees
Masters
Doctors
