| Math Word Problem. I need help.? 5 years ago, Phil's age was 3 times that of Maria's. 5 years from now, Phil's age will be twice that of Maria's. What is their current age? I know that Phil's current age is 35 and Maria's current age is 15, because 5 years ago, Phil would've been 30 and Maria 10. 5 year from now, Phil would be 40 and Maria 20. Now what I don't know is the equation to use to prove that I'm right. Please help.      |
