Why are there so few famous constants in mathematics?

I am forever hearing about ? and e, and i, and maybe just a few others like ? (Golden Ratio), and the Euler-Mascheroni constant, but just about nothing else? Wouldn't something as huge and enormously complicated as mathematics have many more interesting constants with wide applications? Yes, I know about Figenbaum constant, Catalan's constant, and the Omega constant, but what else that is widely known?
Yes, D *)sukky, I can check wiki. But I'm asking why there are so few COMMONLY used constants in mathematics. When was the last time you used the constants you've just named?
