| Math, help pretty plz? y-4 blnk 2 ----- = --------- y²-5y blk y²-25 After you do all the work you end up with: (y-4)(y-5)=2y And then: y²+y-20=2y And after that step I don’t know what to do. So help me out plz. Its one of those equations that you end up with two solutions and then you check which one is right by plugging it back into the original equation. *blnk/blk are there just to keep the terms apart.      |
