another math question help me please!?

A study was conducted to determine whether there were significant differences between medical students admited through special programs and medical students admitted through the regular admissions criteria. it was found that the graduation rate was 94% for the medical students admitted though special programs
a. if 10 of the students from the special programs are randomly selected, find the probabilty that at least of the 9 graduated

b. would it be unual to randomly select 10 students from the sepcial programs and get only 7 of them to gradtuate? why? or why not?
please help me n show work at least some of it? or tell me how to get started..
