Has anyone noticed there is always a person shouting "Oh man yeah" in alot of media?

I started noticeing this way back when I played Roller Coaster Tycoon. Has anyone ever noticed that whenever there is a large crowd scene, there is always a kid shouting "Oh man yeah" and that no matter where it is heard, its always the same voice?
