What career choices do i have in Japan if i have a degree in Communications or

Journalism or both? Do i need to know japanese or have some knowledge.

Or whatever. Im actually fluent in japanese

thats good if ure fluent in japanese.. u could go from a receptionist at a hotel or a newcaster or reporter in japan.. jus make sure u can write japanese understand japanese and speak it which im pretty sure u do... japan job wise is jus like america (i think) ... and whatever job is available with those degrees in america will be available to u in japan.. God bless!.. hope u find a job!

Yes. Japanese is important.
Japanese people don't use English for their communication. Japan is not an immigrant country like the US and Europe. There is no open immigrant policy.
If you want to work in Japan, you need a visa in advance.
Foreign degrees don't much work in Japan, except for some foreign capital companies. (even Japanese degrees are not that important unless you are going to work in the fields of the space engineering or cutting edge science.)

Japan is a country consisted of the people who have comprehensive skills rather than professionals.

Teaching English...Unless you can get hired by an American company based in Japan. Do you need to know Japanese ???!!! It's Japan!!!! Most people don't speak English...You need a work visa before you get there. And to get that you need a job offer prior to that. Your employer would sponser you. And BTW, you would also need to be able to read and write Japanese at an above average level.
