is a film, media and journalism degree a useless and not worth the time degree?

is a law or bussiness degree more useful..
i want to do law or journalism... from birmingham or cardiff university but i'm scared a film, media degree wont be worth much! although the universities are top class!

I have a Media Production BSc Degree and I have a wicked job which i could not have had without it!

I think it all depends on what you want to do after your degree and whether it will be related to your chosen career.

However having any degree on your cv opens up a lot more doors than if you hadnt got one at all.

...so no it it is far from useless
