| I cannot play my music files with windows media player.?
Everytime i try to open it a message comes up (Windows media player cannot play file. The player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.) also there is a red X on the music file in the windows media player. What can i do to play my songs in here??? Please help... It says that the music file has an extension ZIP...What can i do??      |

What is the file type? .mp3, .wav etc It might be unsupported, but you will porbaly be able to get a plugin so it can play it - Just tell us the file type. |

delete the song and download a diffrent file of it

Make sure there in wma format Try itunes or convert them in wma
|

no your wrong you have to download a codec pack and install it on your computer http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm |
