Is there any way to rid/mask the metal taste from my medicine?

I went to the doctors today, and I have sever bronchitis. I was perscribed Biaxan (Clarithromycin). I hate this medicine, and I always end up stopping it before it's done because it makes me so sick. Is there any way to help me through the next 10 days?
