Anyone taken the acne medicine accutane?

I have been breaking out a lot lately and my doctor said he can give me accutane if i want. I am kind of nervous to take it because i have heard bad things. I am just looking for people who have taken it so they can share their experience with it.
People who say that acne is from food are wrong. I eat really well and i drink tons of water.
