| Sleeping medicine for 14 year old?
I have trouble sleeping at night and I'm wondering if sleeping pills or a relaxing medication would help? (I'm 14 and I also want to know if I'm too young for it.)

Sleeping pills are highly addictive so I don't suggest them for anyone under 18 years old. You should try taking a long warm bath before bed, that helps to relax. Also try a bubble bath that is relaxing or the children's bedtime bubble bath. |
