How many "Medicine or Physiology" Nobel prize winners were actually (or...

...originally) doctors? A great many of them were Biomedics, Biochemists, Biophycists or Biologists (such as Watson & Crick). Fleming was a biologist and pharmacologist, as far as I know. I'm wondering just how suited to science-making the medicine graduation course course really is.
