Try Mucinex, it loosens mucus.(works great)
Use saline nasal spray several times a day.
Moisturize your nose with lotion or at 1st triple antibiotic ointment.
Take Advil or Aleve every 4 hours , it will reduce inflammation.

Vit C 2000mg every 2hours for 2 days.

Feel better.

yes in fact you can do it right there at home an not have to leave the house if you have some salt . by now your probly thinking ( What the ---) ok here the deal its a home remedy thats the same as nasanex or saline now if you have a spray bottle like a nasanex bottel take a small amuont of salt and put it in the bottlethen take some warm water and fill it up then shake it till it disoloves all the salt . then spray in the nose this will help trust me i do this all the time.
