I'm playing the Sims Castaway for PC and need to find medicine but can't find where!?

I have just completed the jewel on the Tiki idol and it has made my sim sick. The game says I need to find medicine quick, but i've looked everywhere and can't find anything to use!! Any help greatly appreciated!!! To avoid further questions, does anyone know where there is a good PC walkthrough for the game? Thank you in advance : )
