Am I to avoid all kinds of medicines during pregnancy?

I already often get severe migraines, i usually turn to Exedrin Migraine to get rid of them otherwise i get terribly sick to the stomach and my brain just feels like its going to explode! I think i might be pregnant and i just wanted to know ahead of time if i should avoid taking any medicine such as this.

Don't take anything without checking with your doctor or pharmacist first- but the good news is, there are plenty of safe medications you can take. My pharmacist has a list of all the safe ones- ask yours to show you the same, so you can be sure.
