| Which Flea Medicine for dogs do your recommend? K-9 Avantix? Advantage? Frontline? I live in a neighborhood that has many stray dogs so fleas are a huge problem! I have an infant and want the best protection possible for my small dogs. Pug and Yorkie.      |

| Revolution It is heartworm preventative and flea medication in one. It's MUCH cheaper than buying both together. My 6lb Yorkie was on Frontline for 3 months. The last time I put it on him, he had a VERY BAD allergic reaction to it. It was so bad we thought we were going to lose him. I called the manufacture and my old vet, but no one would give me any answers. My current vet has seen a few very small dogs have adverse reactions to Frontline and recommends Revolution, as it is safer for small dogs. Do your research before you put anything on your animal. |
