A test to see how hard medicine study is.?

Well, It is well-known that medicine study is regarded as the toughest course in all courses in the university.

Now, I need to see how hard is it?

1. Double major (pure Physics+pure Maths) V.S medicine study? Which one harder?

3.Triple major (pure Physics+pure Maths+pure Chemistry) V.S medicine study? Which one harder?

4.Quadruple major,I know sounds pretty crazy(pure Physics+pure Maths+pure Chemistry+Applied Physics) V.S medicine study? Which one harder?
