| Social Medicine. Why is there never talk about fighting it on Constitutional grounds? It seems to me that this would be a tremendous abuse of power by the government and that the Constitution does not authorize the Federal Government to perform such a function? Why does everyone just assume its Constitution and would be ruled such by the Supreme Court? The Constitution doesn't have to say what is not legal. It says what powers the government has , and if its not mentioned then its assumed that they don't have the power      |
