I need help, I have become dependent on my pain medicine and need some advice...?

I have been taking pain medicine (vicodin and lortabs mostly) constantly for about 3 or 4 mths... I have a fibriod tumor that causes me pain, i have had bladder infections on and off for a while so i have been dealing with pain for just as long as i have been on the medicine... But the problem is that i have started showing withdrawals systems when i haven't taken any pils for a while... I have decided that once i finish this prescription to stop taking pain meds for a while... What i need is advice on what i can do to make myself comfortable while going through the withdrawal, i don't feel that this is serious enough for rehab, i just need good sound advice please...
For those who suggest tapering off, i can't because i only have enough for one more dose, that why i am asking about things i can do to ease the withdrawal, because i can't taper off slowly...
