what do i do to increase my height without using any medicines?

plz help me..i am 14 yrs old and my height is 4"6 this is my height during my grade 6 and now that im 2nd year, id find out that i didnt increase an inch..i want to increase my height without using any medicines..is that possible?could you give me some tips on how can i do that?

it does depend on your genetics also. men grow at least til they are 21. and women only grow til they are 18. you'll keep growing. eat your vegetables. lol. im sure you'll get taller. but then again, short ppl tend to be fun to me. good luck.
