| The only "secret" involved with TCM is to find a qualified practitioner. A qualified practitioner is one who has completed a graduate level education with 2500 hours, or more, in concentrated Traditional Chinese Medicine, and not a MD/Chiro/DO/Nurse-Midwife who has completed a 300 hour course. In the US, the "secret" is that the graduate programs required for national board certification and the CEU requirements for Acupuncturists to maintain their national Diplomate of Acupuncture status means they are highly educated with regards to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Contact Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC) and request their help in finding an acupuncturist who specializes in Retinopathy treatment. http://www.cmaac.ca |

| Chinese medicine for Central serous retinopathy (CSR)? I have been suffering from CSR for about a month. All the doctor said this disease is non-curable by medicine, except laser treatment. It relies on patient to recover by himself and the percentage of recovering is high. Friend of mind told me may be Chinese medicine can help and they are famous for treating difficult disease. The trick is to find a right Chinese doctor since many of Chinese medical formula is not well published. Only couple of doctor know the "secret". Any suggestion for such a good Chinese doctor in Toronto? I will be on business trip to Hong Kong next month, any good doctor I can see in Hong Kong? |
