| According to asian medicine what foods are warming reaction to the body? For instance ginger is warming and also black tea. Coffee and green tea have a cooling reaction. I would like recipes for meals, vegitarian mostly, that are warming. This has nothing to do with actual temperature but of the reaction in the body. Please, only ones who know answer. Web addresses not links would be appreciated. Thanks!!! |
