Flu medicines during pregnancy..Doctors plz help..?

When I was pregnant with my first baby, the doctor told me not to take any antibiotics in case of flu unless I pass the 3rd month..Now I'm pregnant with the second baby & another doctor told me it's ok to have antibiotics except some types that I've never used in my life..I'm worried because I've had antibiotic course during the early days of pregnancy before I could know that I'm already pregnant!! Every where I read, it's advised to avoid medicines during pregnancy, I need to know what medicines are safe from someone expert (doctor) plz.. Knowing that I have no allergies to any medicine & no health problems..
