| Non-Prescription Medicines to Basic Training? Hey, I had some warts removed awhile ago (the doctor burned them off) and as part of the follow-up I have to use an over-the-counter skin lotion to heal the burns. This medication does not require a prescription, but it is a necessary part of post-operation. My question is would I be able to bring this skin lotion to Basic Training with me, or at least have the doctors at Basic Training give me some? Would a note from my doctor be needed? This is Army Basic Training at Fort Benning. The application of this lotion is not a long-term thing, just something I might have to do for the first few days of BCT. Any thoughts? |
