Anti psychotic Medications are used to treat things such as hallucinations. Haldol, Thorazine, Risperdal, Zyprexa & Geodon are a few that are used most often in patients.

Well hallucinations are usually due to a disorder. nobody can be given a drug to cure hallucinations. you would have to treat the underlying cause. Like for example Schizophrenia can cause hallucinations so you can give them meds for schizo. Also sleep dprivationd causes hallucinations so that would have to be treated. I hope you get it.
