ME!!! has a spectacular aura about
I think you might have to call those place for the mail order meds and they call the Vet for the ok for the dog to have it like a pharmacist would do for us with a doc to make sure it really is a prescribed med for the dog cause heart-worm med and and flea med that is given orally needs to be prescribed by a vet
Heartworm Meds because the dog has to be tested to make sure it is clear of Heartworms before putting it on any kind of Heart Gaurd Meds

Pet Meds is breaking the law.

Yes, you have the right to get a prescription and take it anywhere you want, that's true.

What Pet Meds is doing is using THAT vet's signature for ALL the perscriptions that come in online.

Yes, they're FORGING vet's signatures, and vets are getting in trouble for it.

ILLEGAL!!!

It's so highly illegal, dangerous and just plain wrong NO ONE should be using any of the online prescription companies. Maybe pressure from other companies will make Pet Meds behave.

Hold on, I'll see if I can find the links to the articles.

How do I know?
The vet I used to work for is in DEEP trouble for having her signature forged. She may lose her license and even if she doesn't have to pay fines, she's out 1000's in legal fees.

It's not fair.

You also can't guarantee that online drugs are safe, effective, or even the drug you ordered. There are stories where people have ordered medicine and random pills that don't do anything. Here they thought they were taking the medicines but it was really flour or plastic.

I also want to mention the "trying to rip you off" comment.
Veterinarians are businesses just like any other. They have to pay staff, utilities, bills, just like you, me, and everyone else living today. They have to make money to keep their door open.

By getting your meds online, you are undercutting the money coming into the vet, which causes the care cost to rise.

Does that make sense? General Vet care gets more expensive, because they're losing money from prescriptions.

It's better for you, the animal and the vet to just buy medicine from the vet.
