| I am a professional here. Most IUD's (T-380 / Mirena) are already implanted with a progestin to slow cramping and bleeding. If yours does not contain a progestin, you might benefit by taking a low dose of progresterone, cycrin, or droperone. Talk to you gynecologist. Sometimes, bleeding is a sign of something wrong. Old Ob/Gyn Doc |
