How can I get old papers of saudi council exam in internal medicine?

I graduated from odessa state medical university in ukraine in 2005 and continued in a residency course of internal medicine which will end in septemper 2008 (three years) with title of master of medicine in internal medicine,and I would like to work in saudi arabia but I have no idea what do inorder to get a job there ,what the exam looks like and is it enough to revise from oxford hand book of clinical medicine
