Shoulder/back acne- could it be new medicine? Going on Vacation to Hawaii...

...soon Need Help!!? Hi ok so I'm going to Hawaii in 3 weeks for vacation and need elp. Okay so I'm 20 and I've always had clear skin except around my period when I'd break out. I recently began taking celexa and cymbalta for depression and have now gotten an extreme case of acne. I have small breakouts on my face and the back of my neck, my chest, and shoulders and across my shoulder blades has broken out in acne - extremely red acne and they also are slightly painful. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the acne quickly before I go to Hawaii I have an appointment with the doc to possible change my meds but I don't know if that has anything to with it or not - So PLEASE HELP.
