I have bursitis and was wondering what medicine works best?

I have tried piroxicam, celebrex and now am on naproxen, naproxen seems to help a little bit, but I am a server and work 40+ hours a week I am wondering what else is out there that helps. I am not a fan of the side affects with the NSAID, and they don't seem to take the pain away just the inflammation...
