Coricidin cough and cold medicine??... (triple C)?

Ok so I was wondering if this stuff is legal to buy in WI being under the age of 18??... I have a friend who gets it all the time and its sad to see what happens when someone abuses this drug... its actually quite scary but any way can u get it under the age in this state or is someone else buying this for her?? Thank you so much for your help!
