| Why dont we pay more attention to Chinese Medicine?
Flawless skin, life longevity, home remedies... the list is endless. When I hear about a miracle cure, the next thing I find out is the Chinese have been practicing it forever. Couldn't Americans learn more from their practices? Why isn't it more publicized? Is it because it's not evidened with a microscope so it can't be real? Is it not enough to just accept it as a cure?
I'm not talking about being opposed to modern medicine. But if it works so much more simply, why aren't we all doing it? Where can I hear more remedies? I was floored at how well vicks on the soles of feet at bedtime (with socks) cures a cough. Heard it was invented in Canada, then learned the Chinese have been doing this forever.
I do know very little about it Dalia, good place to go to get more insight. Interesing footnote about lifespan and failing ideas - hadn't heard those. Lots of varying pieces of information here, thanks so far!
