What's the best medicine for a headache?

Excedrin...it has caffeine in it, which helps speed up it effectiveness...it even takes away my migrains (if I drink it with some extra caffeine)...however, if you don't do well with caffeine, then Advil is 2nd best...atleast in my opinion.

Personally, I prefer the powdered asprin...
