Homeopathy medicine CINAMOMUM 200C help ion moving Placenta . Myth or reality?

Is there any mother who have been helped with this homeopathic medicine for moving placenta and avoiding C-section during pregancy? Please advice for my wife who is 34 weeks in her pregancy and have a complete placenta previa. and is on the time line for a possible C-section.HELP
