...need to loose weight in one month? i gained extra weight during pregnancy...before my pregnancy i was 120 pound and in 9 month i become 195 but now and my baby is 7 weeks i am 155 pound...help me

try alli or cylaris. they are both good. you can get them at wal-mart.

Breastfeeding will melt away the extra pounds faster than anything. Couple that with diet and exercise--there is no "magic pill."
